Did my order go through?

Orders are not complete unless you are forwarded to the order confirmation screen where an order number is displayed. If you did not get to the order confirmation screen, the order did not go through.

Order confirmation emails are automatically sent to the email address supplied with your order and should arrive within a few minutes of a completed order. If you didn't receive the order confirmation please check the following:

  1. Check that you entered your email address correctly.
  2. Check your junk mail/focused inbox settings.
  3. Add our domain (evergladesammo.com) to your safe senders list.
