You will receive an email when your order is shipped that contains your tracking number. Many times we ship orders in multiple packages and you will receive one email for each individual package.
USPS and FedEx tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to show up in the tracking system.
If you do not receive a confirmation or tracking email from us within 2 business days from when you placed your order, please check your junk mail and focused inbox settings. Also, add our domain to your safe senders list to ensure all correspondence is delivered to your inbox. There is also the possibility that your email address was entered incorrectly when placing your order / creating your account.
