52gr JHP no cannelure

I’m new to reloading and was referred to Everglades by a friend who is teaching me the ropes. I full length resize and am certainly no precision shooter. My initial loads ran 26gr CFE223 w/full length resize (I’m too new to start deviating from SAAMI specs yet). I was able to group 10rds inside of 2” using an Aero Precision M4e1 16” 1:7 from 50yds. My main M.O. is stopping threats not dime sized groups so I’d say these fit the bill quite nicely. My main concern was 52gr out of a 1:7, but everything flew well and stayed together just fine. This is as light as I’ll go, but I will be buying more. Great bang for my buck!

Loaded these up in my Thompson CC .556/223 rifle with H335 and CFE223 and got amazing 5 shot dime-sized groups. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Well done EA!

52 Grn Match - Easy Sub-MOA bullet!
Review by
Jeff
Purchased these based on performance of Everglades 75 grain bullets (also submoa). The 52’s like RL10 and W748 based on recent tests. This bullet tested out of a RPR .223 bolt gun printed 4 rounds into .3 moa. The flyer of the group opened the 5 shot group to .65 moa. These tests were shot at 200 yds using W748. RL10 put 4 rounds into a .43 moa group with a flyer (yes, I pulled it) going out to 1.2 moa. So the take away is this bullet performs easily under 1” at 100 yds. And with the right load and a good shooter, it’s a sub 1/2 moa bullet. I loaded these at 2.265 OAL. I also tried them loaded at 2.210”. They appear to be fairly jump tolerant. I guess I should also mention that Everglades provides fast shipping. Can’t Recommend Everglades products enough.

What can I say. 5/8”group, 7 rounds at 100 yard shot thru Mossberg MVP varmint. Optics is Vortex cross fire I 6-24. Sighting in for upcoming parrie dog shoot. They drop at 200 was right around 1.5 - 1.7 the best I could tell. Tried to attach photo but will not allow. Ordering more.
